Booklet, 5-3/4" x 9-1/8" high. pp. iv, 64. While only the fourth annual report (covering 1856 operations), the railroad would consider itself as being founded in 1851 (celebrating its centennial in 1951.) It is a useful document about the company before it had any Hoboken operations which did not happen until the 1860s.
