Appraisal of the group of buildings, Galler Beverages, Inc. (also known as Galler Seven-Up), was for the buildings and not the business. The work was performed by C.H. Ray West of The Joseph J. Garibaldi Organization, 77 River Street, Hoboken at the request of attorney William A. Kaufman, 95 River St., Hoboken. This copy belonged to a Joseph Prester who was not involved with this property or appraisal.
