Logo at bottom: The Vetter Studio, 301 1st Street, Hoboken.
Reverse has penciled notes: Fugazzis [Fugazzi] | 109-___ Willow Av | 2 fl L | Dan, Sid & Sal. There is also a short contemporary ink note that starts with a "9" and the rest of the characters are not legible.
A Louis Fugazzi had a real estate firm at 103-105 Willow Ave. in this time period. The man in photo may be also be a Cesar Fugazzi or a Gaudenio Fugazzi.
