A left detail image shows the Hoboken Manufacturers Terminal building in the background with "Lipton" of the Lipton Tea rooftop sign partially visible.
A white line starting at a stanchion on the southeast corner of 17th and Willow runs across Willow to a point north of 17th St. Purpose of the line is not indicated. A number of people are visible including several men in suits and hats (one stands in the center of the street) who apparently are there as part of some official activities. A police officer is also seen.
