Captioned on back: "Waterfront Mtg." From the left: Fred Bado; Tom Newman; the other two men have not identified.
Interior has not been identified, but it appears to be a school, possibly A.J. Demarest Middle School. Note background of mounted photographs, some aerial views of Hoboken and related river scenes.
Photograph is one of several in this accession that were discarded file photos considered or used for publication in The Hoboken Reporter newspaper from circa 1983-1988.
