Description
Black-and-white photo of a man in an office, location and date unknown.
There is a diploma or cerfiticate on the wall (no readable) and on the desk at the right is book or manuscript that is partially legible "Elements of Elect------graph." The source of the photo and probable photographer, Charlie Kosbab, makes it likely that it was in Hoboken, N.J. at the Bethlehem Steel Shipyard.
