Mixed-use apartment building; C-shaped plan; 5 stories; 4 bays on front façade and 7 bays on side façade; brick façade; single, double and triple 3/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bay; flat roof; scalloped parapet with pinnacles; brick cornice with stone spandrels; brick lintels and stone sills; arched brick window heads on fifth floor; side steel and glass double-door entrance with arched stone surround; fire escape; 4 pilasters on each façade terminate in gablets several courses above the parapet; stone sill course on the second floor.
