Black-and-white photos, six, documenting wear and flaws in turbine wheels, Bethlehem Steel Shipyard, Hoboken, no date, circa 1955-1965. 8" x 10" prints. Photographer not indicated; all bear a typewritten caption and a photo number in pencil.
Documentation or progress photos of machine shop work for a vessel undergoing repairs. This series is a good example of the technical nature of shipyard work inside the shops and the detailed examination of parts neccessary to determine required work. Ship is not named.
