Advertising ink blotter: Electric Marine Manufacturing Company, 407 Bloomfield St., Hoboken, no date, circa 1940-1950. Printed paper laminated to blue blotting paper, 3-7/8" high x 9" wide.
It features a humorous vignette at the left of 'pin-up' woman at a wall phone captioned "Ooh, What a Line."
