Contents circa 150 pages (section pagination varies) photocopy duplication, plastic comb binding, 8-3/4" x 11" high. Created for the ending of operations at the Maxwell House Coffee plant in Hoboken (final closing in 1992.) "The Transition Team Network" made this book to help workers find other employment. Since many workers had been at the company for a long time, they were being given assistance by the company and their unions to refresh or acquire the skills to find new jobs.
