Bottle, prescription: A. Schmidt's Pharmacy, Fourth St. & Willow Ave., Hoboken, N.J. April, 1954.
Amber glass, 1-1/2" wide x 1" deep x 3-1/4" high with lithographed metal screw cap; printed 2" round paper label with holographic ink entries. Original contents present of three powder filled gelatin capsules, type of medicine unknown.
Cap top has Schering logo. Printed label lists two pharmacists: L.C. Schmidt; M.L. Kusseluk.
Written text includes prescription number, date (4/24/54), instructions (one (1) capsule 3 times daily 1/2 hour before meals) and doctor's name (Londrigan - probably Joseph F. Londrigan, M.D.)
