Catalogs: K&E. Keuffel & Esser Co., Hoboken; Catalog 5, Catalog 6, Catalog 12. All titled as first revision, issued 1966 and 1967. All are separate 3-hole punch booklets, 9" x 12", for inclusion in a 3-ring binder or other catalog storage file. Not present: separately issued price lists. The 43rd edition was first issued in 1962. It was a completely new redesign and format for the catalogue (along with a new stock numbering system) into twelve separate booklets for product lines. They could be issued separately or as a whole in a three-ring binder.
