Certificate of Honor, State of Israel, issued to Mr. & Mrs. William Schubin, commemorating them as Founder - Investor in Israel Bonds. 1963. Printed form with engrossed names, 9" x 12" wide. William and Edith Schubin lived at 516 Washington St., Hoboken and were active in Jewish affairs. The bonds were 12-year bonds issued in 1951 and the certificate commemorated the redemption of the first Israeli bond issue.
