With: 4 letters regarding the transmittal and deposit of the report. Report was not received by Hoboken City Clerk Arthur Malone until June 21, 1951; this copy was once in possession of City Commissioner Stephen E. Mongiello.
The report, essentially an audit, covers the City's fiscal year for 1946 and does not include budgets or financial records of the Board of Education or the Pension Fund. The year 1946 was the last full year of the administration of Mayor Bernard N. McFeely; pg [ii] has a roster of officials in office for the audit year.
