A special issue / edition as a Cocomalt premium; regular Big Little Books had a case binding. There were several other BLB titles in this series of Cocomalt editions.
Cocomalt was a sponsor of the Buck Rogers radio program from 1933-1935 and this book was one of several Buck Rogers items that were offered for children (by sending in can strips or some other proof of purchase) during its years of sponsorship. Advertisements for Cocomalt on back cover, inside front cover and an ad that covers that last page and inside back cover where at the bottom is the name of the manufacturer: R.B. Davis Co., Hoboken, N.J.
