An elevated view to the southeast presumably taken from Elysian Park. Piers 8 and the ones south of it can be seen. Note the World Trade Center under construction at the left.
Photo was probably taken by a member of the Hoboken Environment Committee (founded 1970) and is part of series of eleven images from January-February 1971 which are photo catalogue 2006.042.0100 to .0106.
