Commemorative ribbon: Mayor David Roberts, July 1, 2001, Inaugural Committee. Issued Hoboken, 2001. Red, white and blue striped ribbon, 2" wide x 8" high with gilt stamped lettering including City of Hoboken Corporate Seal at the top.
Roberts was not actually mayor; he was being inaugurated as Mayor for his first term.
