The hotel was closed. Urban Renewal Agency Relocation Office was on the ground floor corner entrance. The building at the right is the Hudson Hotel. Also seen is the Port Authority Pier; McSharry's Irish House (bar) at the southwest corner of First and Hudson Sts.
