State of New York and State of New Jersey. Contract for the Construction of a Vehicular Tunnel or Tunnels Under the Hudson River. Dated December 30th, 1919. New York State Bridge and Tunnel Commission; New Jersey Interstate Bridge and Tunnel Commission. Booklet, 8" x 10-1/2" high, pp. [ii], 22 plus covers. Printed version of the agreement by the government bodies responsible for the tunnel that would would be named the Holland Tunnel and open in 1927.
