Details of Hoboken Land & Improvement Co's. Ferry Buildings, (Hoboken, N.J) as they appeared in American Architect & Building News, Feb. 3, 1883, Issue no. 371. Single plate, no page or plate number, 12-9/16" high x 8-15/16" high; horizontal crease at center.
Not stated but the architect was H. Edwards-Fickens, 19 West 22nd St., N.Y. (His name is more commonly indexed as H. Edward Fickens without the hyphen as seen on the plate.) See archives 2008.012.0001 for a double plate from the same issue with the site plan and rendering with the architect's name.
