Holographic ink stamped date in top border: May 30, 1950 [which would have been Memorial Day]; in bottom border is the holographic ink identification of the three forward guards: Nodes, Walker, Emil.
Donor Jack O'Brien may be one of the marchers. The view is looking southwest with The Hoboken Bank for Savings at the southwest corner of Newark and Washington Sts. in the background. The marchers are just coming to the front of the Fabian Theatre which is out-of-view at the left.
