Single mimeographed leaf, printed one side, 8-1/2" x 11" high. Museum does not own the original item.
Signed "Johnny" by Grogan or someone acting on his behalf. Lower left corner has holographic ink note: Letter to all County Employees residents of Hoboken. It is not written in the same hand as the signature.
