Photographer was William Menken who is identified from similar print, cf 2005.078.0527, of the same scene (comparing the images, note banner in the background; the two images were separate shots just moments apart.) Dated in image. People are not individually identified. Location is not identified.
Julius Durstewitz is probably at the back left. Band is dressed in military band uniforms.
