Description
Digital image of sepia-tone photo postcard of two seated men and two women outside 107 Bloomfield Street, Hoboken, no date, circa 1920. Original image 5-1/8" wide x 3-1/8" high. Photographer not identified. Reverse has postcard format.
The view is looking north on the east side of Bloomfield Street. The iron work at the right matches that seen in a 1920 exterior photograph, 2005.004.0007, identified as 107 Bloomfield St. While the men are not identified, it is probable that one of them is Carl Toepfer, great-grandfather of Roger Muller. The women at the right are not identified. It is possible that one of them is Leonore Toepfer Muller, daughter of Carl Toepfer, wife of John R. Muller and grandmother of Roger Muller.
