Oath of Joseph Wood, "one of the Overseers of the Poor," Township of Hoboken, NJ, April 16, 1849. Single leaf, 8" wide x 5-1/2" high, folded; holographic ink. Apparently at that time there was more than one overseer of the poor. Township file copy with later City Clerk's file location ink stamp. Joseph J. G. Sturges, Justice of the Peace.
