Eyeglass case, two, imprinted: Dr. Alfred M. Portnoy, Optometrist, 1108 Washington St., Hoboken, N.J. No date, circa 1950s-1960s.
Both are sewn vinyl plastic sleeves.
1: Two-tone red wove finish with felt-like lining; no telephone number.
2: Black vinyl with colored wheat grains and gold threads laminated with clear plastic; no interior lining. Includes use of the old exchange for telephone number: Oldfield 9-3724.
