File proof of bottle decal artwork for Puritan Beverages, Hoboken, N.J., April 6, 1954. Pre-printed form with holographic entries plus inkstamped date; imprinted with two color (red and white) positive proofs on 8-3/8" x 10-13/16" wide sheet with registration or pin feed holes in left margin.
Puritan Bottling Company was located at 615 Adams St., Hoboken. The printing designs were for the labeling of a 1 pint, 13 oz. bottle (slightly under one quart.) There are three labels: back, front and neck.
