Form letter announcement from E.M. Ellsworth, Chairman of Canteen Services on letterhead of the American Red Cross, Emergency Canteen. He calls attention to the two enclosed bulletins and asking members to carry the Port of Embarkation Bulletin with "her when on duty at the piers." Undated, ca. March 1919.
