Description
A grey scale illustration of the historic brick apartment building at the corner of 12th and Washington. The illustration can be found on pages 42 and 49 of 'Walking Around Hoboken.'
The group of buildings at 1200-1206 Washington Street are a part of a historic district and were constructed by architect Charles Fall. The complex is five stories tall and is the former site of the Hudson Tea Building (site of Lipton Tea).
