Mounted semi-annual report card of George Ahlert from the Hoboken Academy, June 26, 1896. 8.5" wide x 14" high on 14" x 17" mounting board. Originally folded to 4.25" x 7" it has been mounted with dry mounting tissue at some point.
His grade level was "I Elem" and the German heritage of the school is reflected in the class descriptions as they were taught both German and English. His teacher was Charlotte Storer.
He may have been George Ahlert, Jr. as the card is signed by George Ahlert (or he may have signed it himself.)
