Image: S.S.Queen of Bermuda, Furness-Bermuda Line, leaving New York on the Hudson River, 1935. Inkjet print of the verso leaf 6 of 16 from photographer William Craig's album. The photo appears to have been taken from Hoboken and the view is looking east. The tower of the New York Life Insurance building at 25rd St. and Madison Ave., New York can be seen beyond the center of the vessel as well as the Metropolitan Life Insurance tower at 23rd and Madison. The Twenty-Third Street Ferry Terminal is at the right and the White Star Line pier is at the right.
