Recipe leaflet for Chocolate Chiffon Coconut Ring; Coconut Pumpkin Chiffon Pie. Issued for Franklin Baker Division of General Foods Corp., Hoboken, no date, probably very late 1940s or early 1950s. Single leaf, 5" x 9" high; folds to 3" high. Printed both sides in color.
Promoted Baker's Coconut which was made in Hoboken at this time as well as another General Foods product that was not made in Hoboken, Walter Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate. This item was probably not created in Hoboken and was probably done by General Foods at New York offices or facilities.
Neither Franklin Baker, General Foods or Hoboken appears on item. The pie side promotes "Traditional Holiday Dessert with a Modern Touch." Product packages shown, a can of Southern Style and a box of Premium Shred, appear to be post-World War II.
The recipes printed on opposite sides and inverted so when folded, a recipe title is seen on each side.
