Typed letter signed from Thomas Calligy to Robert Foster, HHM, May 23, 2005. Single sheet of letterhead plus photocopy from 2004 book about Hetty Green.
Discusses location of the Honeymoon Flats which he states are on Clinton Street between 9th and 10th Sts, opposite Columbus Park.
Notes the Elysian Flats were also known as the "Barracks."
Notes that he and his wife lived in the former 1309 Bloomfield Street apartment of Hetty Green for 45 years. There was a wall safe in the apartment that they never opened.
