The list as seen on "Inside List Sheet" was only one man, George J. Bach. He was to report to the board and be sent to Signal Corps Training Camp, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Leaf 3, "Inside Jacket Sheet," is a certificate for the Local Board to complete that the person(s) on the list were actually sent; the bottom was a certification to be completed by the commanding officer at his camp that the Local Board had sent the people and fulfilled its quota. Only the Local Board's section is entered. No signatures present from the Local Board as called for.
