Manual: Erie Lackawanna Railway Company. Safety Rules. Engine, Train and Yard Service Employes [sic Employees]. Form OD 5571. Effective April 1, 1964; Revised July 1968; issued later (circa 1975?) to Richard Brantner. Booklet, 4" wide x 5-1/2" high, 48 pp. Inkstamped on front cover with name of Brantner and a six-digit number (201197). When first issued in 1964, the company was called Railroad, not Railway. In April 1968 it was changed to Railway and thus the revision date. Another Railway item dated 1975 with Brantner's name on it (archives 2011.005.0162) suggests the issuance of this rule book to him in the 1970s.
