Pamphlet, 5-3/8" wide x 7-15/16" high, 12 pp. Creased vertically at center as is typical (folded to fit box with slide rule.)
This item accompanied object 2009.006.0150, Merchants' Slide Rule, K&E model 4094. Page [2] is a depiction of the slide rule. (Note the spelling of "Merchants'." In the 1915 (35 edition) catalog and in manual 2009.006.0150.02 which was apparently first printed circa the date of that catalog (although the copy itself may be have been issued later), it is spelled "Merchant's."

The front cover list branch offices including Detroit which was established in 1936.
