No scale given; measurement of frontage and street center on Grand Street is indicated in feet. The "bed of creek" (Hoboken Creek) is indicated and certain dimensions are given along with notes of "edge of creek."
This sketch was presumably related to flooding conditions as well as considerations of the types and construction of drainage sewers for the area.
