The "4 Minute Crossing" slogan was used by the Port Authority for promoting several transportation facilities it built and/or operated as listed around the slogan: Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, Geo. Washington Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Bayonne Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing.
Cover artwork is a deco-style cartoon of woman in bathing suit and sun hat with beach umbrellas and water.
