Note that the telephone numbers are seven digit which makes it no earlier than 1929. The inside states (and depicts with a map) "only 10 minutes from Times Square thru Holland Tunnel." Since the Lincoln Tunnel which opened in 1937 is not shown or mentioned, the late date is circa 1937.
