Printed cardstock, multi-color with black type, 1-9-16" x 4-1/2"; inside printed in black.
Design is generally a geometric Art Deco style suggesting the 1930s (and obviously after the end of Prohibition.) Street addresses known were: 1316 Washington St.; 1318 Washington St.
