Menu, 2, from M.S. Noordam, Holland-America Line, March 1954. Cardstock folios with nautical fish artwork by T.W. Wilde printed in color on cover; cardstock 7-5/8" wide x 10-1/4" high. Imprinted interior pages with meal, ship name, date and menu, all in English. Holland-America Line's U.S. home port at this time was Hoboken. Printer's mark on back cover of both is an Amsterdam business and is probably for the pre-printed covers. Whether the interior of the menu was printed onboard is not indicated. Menu 1: Luncheon on Board, Sunday, March 28, 1954. Artwork on cover by F. W. Wilde, "Bream." Menu 2: Breakfast on Board, Monday, March 29, 1954. Wilde artwork: "Perch." (Back cover is the same as menu 1.)
