Single folio printed coverstock, 5" wide x 6-1/2" high, [4] pp. Full text is notes. The donor of this item was Dorothy Schnackenberg Novak, a daughter of the founders and long-time proprietor who helped to run the business until 2012. While undated, the style and prices suggest the late 1930s into the 1940s. The cross-out of pineapple and lemon under the ice cream soda offerings suggests that this copy is from the World War II era when pineapples were unavailable and lemons may have been rationed. While it was a restaurant, the shop also made candy as referred to by Confectionery on the cover. The shop also made its own ice cream.
