Metal coin token of the Hudson & Manhattan Rail Road, no date, ca. 1944. 5/8" diameter with nickel finish. Die cut-out "H" in center with stamped lettering in outer circle "H & M", "One Fare." Both sides are the same.
Tokens were introduced on June 26, 1944 when fares were increased.
