Applied decal set in recessed bottom. 4"w x 2-1/2"d x 15/16"h, rounded corners. Made by the Cruver Mfg Co., Chicago.
View is a artist's view looking west at the Willow Avenue side of the hospital. Due to a park and buildings on Willow Avenue, such a vista has never existed.
