Printed form (Form 557), 4-3/8" high x 4-7/16" wide, with added form typewritten; holographic ink entries; dated (Oct. 8, 18985) validation inkstamp. Conductors' punches.
Issued October 9, 1895 to Mrs. T. Simpson and son for travel from Hoboken to Elmira and return on the account of Conductor Simpson. Issued by A.[Andrew] Reasoner, Superintendent.
"Good for One Round Trip only if used prior to Oct. 31st 1895"
