Inkstamp with holograph entries and date inkstamp. No. 10143.
The stamp notes it was in "quota" which refers to immigration restrictions that went into effect in 1924. "New Quota" is lined out with pen.
Page 31 removed from a passport; other side, page 32, is blank except for printed form code: Nr. A 52 (2.23) Berlin, Reichadruckerei.
