Vinyl pocket folder with metal nail file imprinted: Regal Radio & Television Service, 74 Washington St., Hoboken, N.J., No date, circa 1950s. Green plastic, 1-1/2" high (folded) x 5-1/4" wide; exterior embossed alligator pattern; interior has a triple cut nail file in sleeve at top and clear plastic pocket at bottom with the imprinting.
