Political advertising novelty, imprinted sponge: Nov. 4, Elect Joe Lisa, First Ward Councilman. (Hoboken, no date, circa 1986 or 1997.)
White sponge, 2-3/4" x 5-1/2" wide x 1/8" thick, imprinted in green ink on one side as a one dollar bill with campaign text.
Item could be used as a sponge after being put in water when it would expand as text at the bottom states: Drop This Bill in Water and Watch it Grow!"
