Caption on back: The Lincoln Tunnel runs under the Hudson River and connects 39th Street, Manhattan, with Weehawken, N.J. The toll gates are on the New Jersey side. The tubes have a two-lane roadway, 21 1/2 feet wide between curbs and an operating headroom of 13 feet.
