Printed information brochure with inserts: Harborside Lofts at Hudson Tea (Building), Toll Brothers, City Living. Hoboken, 2007-2008. 9" wide x 13" high brochure with rear pocket with 11 sheets having key [floor] plans along with descriptions of specific layouts of residences, amenities, services plus a price list. The building is at 1500 Washington St. which along with 1500 Hudson Street, was the former Lipton Tea / Standard Brands building. The brochure with pocket was produced February 2007 with inserts (8" x 12") having dates on them from "3/07" with the price list (8-1/2" x 11") dated as "3/07" The 'lofts' for sale only in the 1500 Washington building. Business card of Sales Consultant Amanda Holcombe is stapled to cover.
